Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your AYR pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
